About Joi Dyson
Mental Health Therapist

My clinical background includes working with anxiety disorders, OCD, and mood-related challenges.

Since 2006, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, and patterns such as perfectionism and emotional overwhelm. Over time, my work has evolved into a deeper focus—helping women who feel stuck, disconnected, or unseen reconnect with their voice, rebuild confidence, and create more fulfilling lives.

Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet find themselves caught in patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, or difficulty setting boundaries. On the outside, they appear to have it all together—but internally, they feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or no longer like themselves.

Together, we work to uncover and shift the underlying patterns—often shaped by early experiences—that continue to impact how you show up in your relationships, career, and sense of self. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

I understand the pressure of balancing family, relationships, and personal identity—because I’ve walked that journey myself. I create a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out—just a place where you can be honest, gain clarity, and experience meaningful, lasting change.
